terms of service

these terms are the agreement between you and Ka. by using Ka, you agree to them.

what ka is

Ka is a personal helper you use over text message. it can do things like manage your calendar, keep reminders and to-dos, work with your spreadsheets, and look things up. features change over time.

who can use it

you must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

your account

your phone number is your account. keep it secure. you’re responsible for what happens through your number, and for any info you ask ka to act on.

subscription and billing

• Ka is $19 per month unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• billing is handled securely by stripe and renews monthly until you cancel.
• you can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
• except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

acceptable use

don’t use Ka to break the law, harm others, or abuse or disrupt the service. we may suspend accounts that do.

ka is a tool, not a professional

ka can make mistakes. it isn’t legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. double-check anything important before you rely on it.

as-is; limitation of liability

Ka is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. to the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior three months.

changes

we may update these terms or the service. if we make material changes, we’ll update the date above.
