what we collect

• your phone number, so we can text you and verify it’s really you.
• your name and anything you tell ka over text, so it can actually help you.
• the goals you pick during sign-up.
• basic usage info (like message counts and timestamps) to run and improve the service.
• payment info is handled by stripe, our payment processor. we never see or store your full card details.

how we use it

• to run the service, respond to your texts, and do the things you ask ka to do.
• to verify your number and keep your account secure.
• to improve how ka works.

text messages and consent

when you sign up you agree to receive text messages from Ka, including a one-time verification code and service messages. message and data rates may apply. reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. opting out will stop the service texts.

who we share it with

we do not sell your personal information. we share it only with the service providers that make Ka work, and only as needed: our payment processor (stripe), our messaging provider, and our AI provider. they process data on our behalf under their own terms.

how long we keep it

we keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it, unless we’re required to keep it longer.

your choices

• opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
• cancel your subscription anytime.
• ask us to access or delete your information by getting in touch.

security

we take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Ka is for people 18 and older. it isn’t directed at children.
